I’m a UX engineer working in automotive. At my daily job I’m somewhere perfectly in the middle of design and technology — creating mockups of user-centered designs and products, and building functional prototypes.

Some of my skills and tools that I use in a professional setting:

UX and design:

• Design thinking, user research and usability testings
• User stories, user journeys and personas
• I use Figma at work for quick interface mockups and as central place for the design systems

Development:

• Mainly Svelte for high-fidelity, functional prototypes. Tauri and Capacitor when I need desktop and mobile builds respectively
• For some prototypes, just plain JavaScript or TypeScript, CSS3 and HTML5
• Mostly ESP32, Arduino-based boards and Teensy for interaction with hardware

At night In my free time I’m usually tinkering and hacking. My biggest interests are everything related to DSP algorithms and professional audio; writing programs to draw pictures and make noise; Internet of Things and automatization; also everything free, open-source and Linux.
